Proscuitto Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients:

Shrimp

Proscuitto (1 per shrimp)

Salt and pepper

Red pepper flakes

Olive oil

Toothpicks

Instructions:

  1. Soak toothpicks or skewers in water for 30 minutes.

  2. Rinse, peel, and devein the shrimp.

  3. Combine oil, pepper, red pepper flakes, and olive oil in a bowl.

  4. Add the shrimp into the olive oil and toss until evenly coated.

  5. Wrap one piece of prosciutto around each shrimp and skewer at the head through to the tail end.

  6. Broil until the shrimp are opaque and the proscuitto is crisp, about 6-8 minutes.
